Economy Pet Clinic

The worst service. I called before and asked if I needed appointment and they said I could walk in, I did and then they said I will have to wait between 30-45 min, it passed over 1.3h hour and finally had the chance to go to the doctor office and they made me wait another 45min inside waiting for the doctor which never showed up after 1hr I left. It is a cheap clinic, but I must said more important than money, is time. NEVER COMING BACK

TERRIBLE pet clinic, whoever wrote good reviews must be lying. I called ahead of time and the front desk said all new clients must be walk ins. I came this Tuesday around a 11am, I was told I would probably be seen after 12:30 and that they would give me a call. I came back at 1pm to check if the doctor is back because I have not received a call, the guy at the front desk(not nice either said they would call me at 2pm. I should have just went home at this point, but they called me at 2pm and said the doctor is ready to see my dog. I was put in a room and the doctor did not see me until 3PM and that was after I asked the front desk if the doctor is even at the office. Finally my dog is seen and Dr. Rao Perla has no sense of customer service for me or my dog. She is 13 years old she is shaking with fear, she hates the vet. All he does is tell the vet tech to put a muzzle on her and hold her down for the shots. He also continuously calls my dog wearing a pink collar a He the entire consultation. My dog Ginger has not been eating well she looks much skinnier than she normally does. He blames it on her teeth and says her gums may hurt. Does not offer any solution to help her eat more or any solution to help her dental health outside of brushing. I have tried that. Clearly this man does not care about pets he needs to pick a new career. He did ask about her medical history, if I tried any different methods help her . He basically just assumed I am neglecting my dog's care and did nothing to help my dog except scold me. Worst vet clinic I have ever been to in my life, DO NOT GO HERE.

I'm so impressed with these guys. They were able to diagnose my sweet girl with a rare hormonal disease that had caused her to stop eating and drinking. They were able to do blood work, IV fluids, labs, medication and start her on treatment all in house without having to order anything or wait. She is back to a happy and extremely energetic maltipoo. Thank you so much for the great care and support from everyone there.

I have been bringing my dog here for years and even with him being high strung and snippy they still manage to treat him with kindness and they attempt to keep him calm. The girls all get a kick out of his muzzle lol and they love his little shirts, but he always gives them a run for their money. I highly recommend them as the staff and doctor are great and will treat your pet with kindness!
